If you could find Yogurt from a dairy (non-pasteruized or homeoginized(sp?)) that would be best. But Yogurt or even Kefir should help replace the good bateria in your tummy. I make yogurt from whole raw milk with yogurt culture without heating it so that would be better, - but even goat yogurt would be good if you can stand the flavor.
Fermented veggies is also a way of getting good bacteria in. Some health stores carry some of that in their refrig areas.
Many acidopholis pills do not always still have live bacteria in them. So I usually do both yogurt and the pills to make sure it's covered.
But I think I would continue the tea somemore to get regular, make sure you are getting enough fiber and not letting your meals ferment in you tummy. You might want to look up food combining rules - you say you are eating healthy, but you might want to go to a more raw diet. Eat lots of fresh whole fruits and veggies. - lots of fiber in them.
