post MC BM question

ever since i did the Master-Cleanse this summer i dont feel like my intestines are working like they did. i get totally full and cant go for a day or so. and then most times when i do go its watery.
i hate it. i am eating right and everything.drinking enough water.
i wonder if its from washing away the healthy bacteria because i havent had the $$$ to get some pills to replace it.
