Is it safe to liver flush with acute gall bladder / liver pain?

I had to go to an emergency walk-in clinic today with acute liver area pain (that I have never had before). He did the murphy test and says my gall bladder is in trouble and wants me to get an ultrasound ASAP. If I have gall stones, and maybe blocked bile ducts and blocked gall bladder, (I know I am full of parasites already), is it safe to do a Liver Flush (or coffee enemas?)

I was told years ago that I have a cyst in my liver also.
