Omgosh, how awful:( Sorry this is happening to you. Wonder if these are of a porcine parasitic origin? Might be helpful to determine which parasites.
In any event, look into h2o2 “huffing” therapy (easy and cheap) but start slowly as it can be quite toxic too. Should help localized area over time. Additionally, daily saunas (1hr+) will help kill them, creating inhospitable environment. Possibly adding Cryotherapy (contrast therapy) right after.
As well as a series of oxygen and ozone therapies may be the best option available that I’m aware of, more expensive though.
