I have carried out Liver Flushes over the last 12 years and the protocols are straight forward. I nearly always choose the Hulda Clark method and in the early years followed a week of preparation by drinking apple juice. I have never had any negative effects, always slept well and have to wait until 10:00 the following day to see the results.
