Hi,

I have been prepping for my Liver Flush this week (no animal products, fats or oils, lots of apple juice, apples). I was planning to take the Rodin salt and the oil mixture tonight. However, I just took 4 LBB tablets and had some greenish diarrhea. Does this mean I just released all the bile? Will the flush still work?

Any insight is appreciated
