Real Stones being expelled?!

Dear Telman,
Hello once again.
Maybe, once and for all, you can put to rest something for both me and the readers.
There have been many naysayers that have asserted that the stones that us liver flushers claim come out are not in fact stones but coagulated olive oil and juice in combination that forms overnight from this mixture. Please give your experienced feedback.
