I don’t know the exact reasons for exactly when you take the Epsom Salts but that it does work, AND that timing is crucial to the ultimate success of the flushes. If you go online you can find an e-copy of an authoritative book on these flushes called the Amazing Liver Gallbladder Flush by Andreas Moritz . In this book virtually all is explained and answer. You can also look up Hilda Clark’s Liver Flush and she too will tell u when and how to take the Epsom Salts and olive oil mixture. The Epsom Salts are taken at night, at exact times, and at NIGHT.
