Re: Iodine, progesterone and constipation

This is just an fyi response. I am one of those rare people that is constipated by the Iodine therapy also. The light bulb turned on for me when I remembered that potassium supplementation also constipates me. In order to make Iodine for supplementation Iodine crystals are added to liquid potassium iodide. Thus the need for additional magnesium is critical for those of us that iodine constipates. Tweet
