I use progesterone cream, along with Vitamin E to eliminate night sweats. And it would be hard for me to tell about the sluggish, gain weight, crave carbs, because I have been diabetic and now it is under control with diet of very low carbs with protein. I think I do have that naturally but have it under better control than I have ever had.
I just wonder if I should eliminate the progesterone cream. It definitely benefits me, but I do have to be vigilant about keeping my bowels open to handle the high doses of iodine.
I guess my instinct is as long as I have night sweats without the progresterone, my body probably needs it, and my progesterone is not high.
If anyone else has any more info, I would like to have it.
