Please help to identify.

Anyone has idea what could this be? It doesn't have any segments on its body or any anatomical features. Its stretchy a bit but breaks easily.

I do have a long lasting experience of parasite like symptoms and health issues but I never got anything out of my body till today's totally accidental discovery.
