Passing Biofilms - is this a positive or a negative?

I suffer from Lupus, which definitely has a huge microbial overgrowth component. Anyway, through various mechanisms, I’ve strengthened my immune system and helped to restore the integrity of my GI tract. My blood pressure/heart rate has become that of a living human, and I’m starting to have energy again. Now my question is:

I’m passing biofilm and parasites (worms) without the side of cleanses. Is this a good sign? Or something to be concerned about? Tweet
