all that info is on here but finding it is another subject entirely.

short version for me - i started some off the shelf low dose offering at the time and took some, then more, then the rest, then with a second one i took the whole bottle. then i got some 5% Lugols and took daily ramping up to 300mg in water in short order. that was hard to handle so next, i started putting it in orange juice to reduce it and was able to get up to a gram or so. then got some KI and started taking that by the gram. that was how long ago? over ten years? ive been through a lot since them but i still take 800mg of KI every day. its just part of my regimen now. it is mainly for keeping detoxed, especially from bad halogens, which are ubiquitous.
