My question is how do people normally take so high doses? In what form? I would imagine Lugols? As to take 20-30 tablets of iodoral a day is unsustainable and practically difficult.
Would you then divide it in a few doses or take it all at once in the morning? If it’s Lugols, how do you drink such a high dose without burning your throat? :D Tweet
