Help!! Iodine is not healing my fibrocystic breast decease

Hello Everyone! I am 23 years old female and I have fiber cystic breast disease since I was 15 years old. But only recently I discovered that this breast tenderness, flactuation in size, swelling and pain that I experience every month before my period is such a serious problem. I was always told that it is absolutely normal and you should not consider it as a disease. But after I started to read Lynne Farrow’s book about iodine, I understood what I am really dealing with and it even can lead to cancer. I am taking Iodine in form of Lugol’s Iodine almost for a year now, and I take around 100 mg every morning. ( iodoral is not available where I live) Somehow, this does not help my breast at all. I still have this swelling, tenderness, lumps and flactuations in size every month. Before I’ve read Lynne Farrows book, I did not even know that Iodine is supposed to help with this disease, but now when I know it, I feel kinda depressed. Why is it not helping me? I take around 16 drops of iodine, after I have breakfast and I divide them in 2 parts, 8 drops each and drink with a little bit of water. When I just started, I took all the co factors, now I take just iodine. I always wondered why I never experienced any detox symptoms. At all. Nothing. I thought oh maybe it’s because I am so active, eating super clean, always outdoors and sweating a lot at the gym and sauna. But now I think, maybe I am doing something wrong and my body is not absorbing any iodine? That’s why my breast is not healing and I had no detox symptoms. I always notice that after I take iodine I want to go to pee right away or I have a bowel movement. Maybe iodine is excreting from me right away without absorbing anything? I take around 106 mg of iodine everyday. To heal fibrocystic breast disease you need only 6 mg daily, at least this is why research says. What is wrong, does someone have an idea? Is it possible that I do not absorb Lugol’s iodine at all and that’s why I it is not working for me? After a year of taking such a large dose? Any help or insight will be highly appreciated
