NUCLEAR CATARACT: Turnip Greens, Kale, Spinach, and Peppermint Leaf Face Wash

In a desperate attempt to reduce my cataract symptoms, which prevent me from seeing in bright light, or at night, or under electric lights, and which have been getting very bad recently, I have started to drink kale juice again.
The cataracts also make me dizzy.
To improve nuclear cataract, the menu is turnip greens, kale and spinach in that order. Turnip greens are best, but as far as I know, turnip greens powder is not available. Kale is next, more effective than spinach, and contains much less oxalates so there is less risk of it causing kidney stones.
Also, it may sound crazy, but I rub my face with peppermint leaves every day, hoping that some of the rosmarinic acid in the leaves will get into the eyes. It has been shown that rosmarinic acid restores 100% transparency to cataractous lens proteins.
But rosmarinic acid eye drops per se would sting. And if you consume rosmarinic acid supplements, I guess it would only release more AGEs into the bloodstream, which would end up in the eyes. Hence, the "face wash".
