8oz a day = 320oz for 40 days.
320oz = 2.5 gallons for 40 days..
Try talking to a produce manager at somewhere like WholeFoods.. maybe they'll special order organic lemons for you if you're willing to buy the whole thing of them. Online you'll probably have to pay a ton in shipping charges..
