pinworms in vagina

Please does anyone out there have any ideas to get rid of pinworms of the vagina ? First I got them in the colon, and they spread to the vagina. This all started in may, and now it is Oct. I started using horse wormers that slowed them down but didn't get rid of them. I used pyrantel. ivermectic and fenbendazole. Finally about a month ago i used mebendazole and got rid of them in the colon. But still had them in the vagina. I've tryed vinegar and salt water douche. I douched with a mixture of horse wormer and water. I've tryed douching with hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide seemed to be helping alot at first, but now they seem to be getting worse again. I don't know what else to try. Please anyone with any suggestions let me know. oh, I almost forgot..I also tryed yeast infection creme...that didn't seem to help much. Tweet
