Parasite evidence

Alright, I am almost at the end of a parasite cleanse. I had previously done a colon cleanse. My bowel movements are regular, I had a few days of feeling like I had a cold, a little weak but bouncing back. However, I still don't know if those critters are coming out or not. I am too queezy to look into my stool to see if they are there. Is there any evidence to see if this works?
