Re: Bromide related diarrhoea?

I've read that diarrhea is a sign of bromide detox, so it could be bromide related. Did you do a salt flush shortly before bed? Those often cause me to have diarrhea.

I think pulse dosing should stop or minimize the diarrhea. Good luck :)
