Bromide related diarrhoea?

Oh my! As I mentioned Iodine has been going well for me with minimal side effects but I guess it’s beginning to truly dislodge some nasty chemicals.

Last night diarrhoea woke me up, several times. I’m feeling better today thankfully so can go to work.

I’m taking a two day Iodine break but still consuming my other supplements.

Is this something that I’ll encounter again? I’m on 100mg Iodine a day

Can anyone recommend how to either avoid diarrhoea when detoxing or what to take to minimise it?
