Yes it's odd you stopped doing something that made you feel good and cleared up so many health problems.

Have you tried painting Iodine over the goiter? Start slow.


Simple: Bentonite clay paste over the goiter area every day for an hour? or maybe sleep with it on. Dispense of the dried clay carefully or with gloves as you might be pulling out some very toxic materials.

Increase or start on fresh pineapple/kiwi/papaya juice in conjunction with Iodine protocol. Work up to 1 liter or so per day if tolerated. You can add Sugar to it if tolerated.

Almost guaranteed cure: ozone cupping over the goiter. It will cost about $2k total for the equipment. You need to ask google and other people how to do it.

Also liver flushes, but make sure to take extra Iodine after the flushes.

Since it's a lifelong problem (from birth?) then you would probably need to give a longer amount of time to treat. Though ozone will work fast.

As it's worse during menses your liver is also involved and high estrogen/improper clearance.
