In my experience, the only parasite that I know that vibrates personally is ascaris.

From the article, they can grow to 14 inches long, potentially longer even. I don't know of any other parasite that gives off vibrations. It's easy to tell if you have Ascaris because when the parasite vibrates, the entire portion of the worm will vibrate and you can feel the entire length of the parasite in your tissues. They do migrate and generally they are in the skeletal muscular tissues.

Mebendazole is the drug of choice for this. Raw papaya seeds and coconuts help. Serrapeptidase has been suggested to help dissolve the skin.

Do you feel large worms in your muscles?
