I have been eating a very simple diet consisting of rice, chicken, cod, vegetables and fruits. I have had success and remission with this diet for 2 weeks and I then went back to my normal diet and then back to this restricted diet- with the same outcome- remission. Now I am locating the intolerance. I have researched a lot myself and decided that it would be a good idea to purchase Lecithin supplements to add to my restricted diet to see if EC came back- it did. This makes me a little confused as Lecithin is found naturally in sea foods and green vegetables which were a huge part of my restricted diet. Is it because the Lecithin supplements I took had a much stronger concentration? Where shall I go from here
