Yes. I juice fasted for 6 days and began to see signs of remission, I had no build up for about 4 days which NEVER happens, I get build up everyday usually. I had to stop the juice fast for an important family event but it has given me hope. I'm now deciding how to approach locating the intolerance. I may juice fast for another week but then after the 7 days introduce a food one at a time, chicken or rice first, then a new food every 3 days maybe? I also may purchase a blood intolerance test, I know they're not 100% reliable but it's somewhere to start. Any advice is appreciated. I feel like it's going to be very hard to locate the culprit(s)
