Need your help badly skin parasites???

Help please I have all kinds of weird hair goin on I’m pretty sure I have an intestinal parasite but I have no idea what this might be if anyone had any idea please I need ur help and knowledge desperately I also have ulcers all over my arms and to a lesser degree my face I appreciate any assistance Tweet
