I went on this fast with a friend and she went for 37 days. We had to keep looking at Detox Symptoms that I posted for you earlier in your fast.

My friend went through the very same thing you are going through. Healing was taking place in those areas where the detox was affecting her. She was getting fevers and the mucus too. Also she was getting a bit uptight too but she made it through.

She did Sea Salt baths every morning right after her salt water flush to help detox herself. Also when she felt miserable from detox symptoms she would do another Sea Salt bath and reported the baths always helped her feel better. The Epsom Salts baths are good too.

Now after the fast this 62 year old woman is still really energetic and clear minded. She keeps telling me about all the benifits she received from the fast. I just wish I went as long as her...so don't give up...she didn't and is reaping the
benifits today.
