You need to be extremely aggressive with parasite treatment without causing harm. A lot of the herbs you're taking are weak. Take some lysine and reduce arginine foods. Get on the parasite or rx parasite forums here. Simple vit. c megadosing might work for viral infections, but parasites are better to go after than virus.

Raw garlic is probably stronger than all of the herbs you're doing and much cheaper. No garlic pills, man up and chew or crush raw garlic as much as you can stand. Raw pineapple juice or fresh papaya whole fruit plus seeds in blender can chew through the gut toxins and parasites.

Coffee enemas, liver flushes, maybe some diet changes, ozone, buhner herb protocol trial, never tried c60 myself but rense had a good interview with a lyme person recently.

A lot of people have very good results with lyme when going after parasites.

I would not worry about the ear ringing at this point. It can be related to lyme, parasites, or just clumps of candida in the ear canal. You can try h202 drops in the ear to try to clear some of that. If you see a doctor see only lyme literate or functional medicine.

Taurine, some raw free range egg yolks, and or semi daily beets to increase bile solubility.

Get your body temperature up to 98.6 or higher with Iodine protocol, diet, ray peat stuff, sauna or temp reset.
