I’m definitely not under eating. I’m 85 kg male and put on a little weight recently. I seem to eat everything you mentioned. I have been taking selenium drops from a well established company, probably 250mcg or so plus my seafood.
Been eating quite a bit of Celtic Sea Salt every day so not sure if I need more.
I will look into the temperature reset with saunas. By the way, I read on the net some time ago about a protocol for low body temps which involved hot baths and rugging up etc and your body will eventually reset after some time. Is this similar to what you are talking about and do you have any links?
