i'm impressed, and inspired!!
It just makes it..."makeable" when you read some messages like yours,you just achieved it, made it, simply, with patience and wisdom, determination and courage, peace on you!

I have done a Water Fast last year, 17 days and am starting again tomorrow an Master-Cleanse one, and i also wish to go 40 days...
This sounds like a long way to go from here and now but i know i can make it...i'd say the very worst is the 2/3 1st days, and that after the 10th...'kind of'...easy ride..is it?
Do you have the feeling time flew or that this was a loooooong road to walk?
when you write you did cut off the limo some MP, so how much did you put at the end/beg...?
I'm planning to put one teaspoon per drink, more tastes just too sweet to me(funny, as i can swallow much more than the equivalent in chocolate.....)
I'm planning to go for raw food after this, but, step by step, and the first one will be tomorrow, day one!
