Day 40 - grin

I feel fabulous! I love it when that happens. I figured out to cut the MS down in the lemonades and had no more problems drinking and digesting them. ANd I also decided/realized that I am done. So, today is my last day. I have rejuvelac in the fridge for tomorrow morning.
I slept great, had a really pink tongue when I woke up - I NEVER really thought that would happen - and drinking enough lemonades I feel energetic and clear headed.
Movement seems to have made a huge difference in my moods - dancing and hiking the hills.
I am thirty pounds lighter, too. And I am going 100% raw from tomorrow morning for at least 30 days if not 60. So, I am not concerned about any regain.
I know this is not a big deal to many who have done multiple Master-Cleanse of 40 days - but I am very pleased and kinda impressed that I have gone almost twice as long as my longest Master-Cleanse with relative ease.
