Re: raw garlic enema?

This is my first time posting here so I hope I'm doing it correctly. I started doing raw garlic enemas about fifteen years ago and feel like I've finally landed on a recipe that works.

My partner and I use enemas for both healing and erotic purposes and it's great to be able to combine both in a single session. For the garlic enemas we use one quart of our combined urine with four or five cloves of garlic liquified on high in the Vitamix. We strain it into a pitcher that has two shots of vodka in it. We bring another quart of urine up to about 105 degrees on the stove as it tends to cool down by the time it starts flowing into us. We add the warmed urine to the garlic/urine mix for a total of two quarts of solution. It always seems to be just the right temperature and just the right dilution. From there we move quickly to get the solution into us while the allicin from the garlic is still strong and viable. It feels like a gift we give ourselves rather than something just erotic and novel.

The garlic enema can be uncomfortable for the first several minutes so the vodka helps calm things down. The vodka never gets us drunk; probably because it's so diluted in the solution, but it does help us relax and thus be able to retain the solution longer. We typically retain the solution for 30 minutes but stop before that if we need or want to. Only one of us does the enema at a time so that the other can administer, stroke and massage. Stroking and edging from the other is a really great way to stay distracted and horny during the session. It does make things easier because garlic enemas can be a little rough sometimes.

We choose to use urine because we've been doing urine enemas for several years and we prefer it to just water. (Once we got used to the urine it didn't feel so good going back to water enemas.) In a sense we get the benefits of both the urine and the garlic when they're combined.

There are a lot of details that we've looked at and sometimes incorporated into our enema sessions, which we usually do once or twice a week. Depends on the need or the desire. Finding the right nozzles for example, was a really big deal. Silicone retention nozzles work the best for us as they seal the hole and make it easier to retain the solution. Garlic can cause some serious peristaltic action so it's nice to still be able to relax when the nozzle has the hole tightly sealed. We usually leave the retention nozzle in for the duration of the enema.

Everybody will of course have their own ways of doing all this but since we're in it for both healing and pleasure we've personalized it to our particular needs and desires. After doing garlic/urine enemas for about five years now I think it's clear that they're both safe and effective.
