I use about half the quantity of garlic but then it depends on the garlic, so I found out. Some garlic are more potent than others. Fresh US garlic seems to be the most potent.
Two types of solutions comes to my mind for a more “purging” enema: one is a good old fashion soapsuds enema and the other is a magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts) enema. This last I do not recommend unless you have a complete understanding of what happens with taking ES.
I usually takes two or more soapsuds enemas before taking the garlic enemas, which I consider a retention enema although very difficult to retain. It has brought my LDL level from 160 to 130 after 3 days of cleansing. My last session brought it down to 111 mm/ dL.
