One documentary shows how extremely poor people cultivate/care for chocolate and that rats crawl all around the people's facilities........kind of like old order amish using the cement floor to store their foods on and let mice crawl all over their food.

Same with catsup ---if you look at 55 gallon drums of catsup it will say as much as 3% fly poop


IF it is "commercial", it is going to be dirty and worse yet, sprayed with chemicals to keep the bugs, spiders off...all the green stuff in food stores sprayed with water containing chemicals -----salads the worse....REAL LETTUCE last minutes after picking, not hours/days like lettuce sold in stores.
