If you are in pain you are inflamed, so that means you're going to need an anti-inflammatory. I would first start with the most powerful anti-inflammatory drinks that you could possibly put in your body. Number one, pineapple juice, why, because it is loaded with potassium and bromelain which is a natural anti-inflammatory. Number two, pure coconut water, the coconut water has antibacterials and potassium and is also a natural diuretic to get the water off of you. It's time that everybody quits chasing their tail waiting on an answer that they will fall in love with. First you must figure out the foods that are causing the inflammation and stop them, and then you need to add the pineapple juice the coconut water and the cranberry juice and see where you're at from there. You may also want to do a diet of process of elimination. Try a mono diet until you figure out what's causing the issues. Everybody's looking for a pill to take, but it's time to wake up and grab the bull by the horns and take responsibility if indeed it is a responsibility. I understand that there are conditions that we have no answers for, or at least have not discovered them yet.
