Re: Iodine advice Please
Everybody goes crazy over pharmaceutical iodine, if you want a perfectly safe
Iodine that is totally healthy, drink one cup / 8
oz of organic cranberry juice and that will get you about 500 micrograms of iodine. It's just that simple. I have been watching people on here arguing over if Lugo says save or not, when all else fails go to a perfect fruit that already has what you need. Not only will it feed your thyroid, but it also feeds the breast, the ovaries, / prostate in a male.
Iodine is what gives the cranberry it's Rich color. Seafood is also a source but it's not a food that we eat that often typically unless you live in that environment. Do yourself a favor and fall in love with the Cranberries. Make sure you read the label and it is 100% organic cranberry juice otherwise it will be diluted to small traces. There's nothing else to say about iodine. If you don't believe it, just do your own research. Cranberry juice was always noun to be good for the kidneys, just think about that, if the kidneys get an infection, the
Iodine will certainly go in and do its job.
