Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis is curable

Hi guys. Just wanted to share a natural method that has helped me a lot. It turns out Sea Salt is also very effective in killing the fungus when applied to the skin. I got the idea from here: https://sebdermhealing.com/success-story-sea-salt/, and adapted it a bit to make it fit better in my day. Basically, insted of a shampoo bottle I have a salty water bottle in my shower. I use it right at the end of taking the shower on my scalp and face. Then rinse it after a few minutes, so that the skin pores close and retain water and a bit of salt. This is it! It's been very effective for me. Hope it helps you too!
