Re: Gallbladder pain - medication not working

Some things I tried myself that may help is fresh Apple cider juice, which is in season now around my place. They say the pectin in apples helps soften gallstones. I've also noticed that pain has decreased after adding a half cup of oatmeal to my soup for dinner. I don't like oatmeal for breakfast or with sweeteners. I've also noticed the cold weather heightens the pain, so keeping warm is important. I've been planning to do a gallbladder/ Liver Flush for over a year but hoping to avoid it if I can clear the gallbladder naturally, so far its working but slowly.
