i use potassium chloride. i fill a 00 vegcap, which is about 1800mg of KCl, and take it with 12 ounces of pure water. one can do this several times a day if need be. they gave me IV shots of KCl in the hospital and called it a water shot. 30 minutes after the shot i had filled my 2 liter urine bag. the doctors keep all those tricks to themselves so you get in trouble and have to go to them. ;) ;) Tweet
