Hi Robby,
I tried CAN-C but not for long because I didn't like some of the ingredients in it. I tried Lanomax and it seemed to help a little, but then it seemed like a build-up of something happened and my vision became a little blurry after a few days. I sent them an email and they told me that they're coming up with a new formula in February 2019. I personally will wait for that version. In the meantime, I put (organic, hexane-free in a glass bottle) castor oil drops (2 a night and one in the morning) and it probably has helped the most of everything I've done - and I've done a LOT!! Some people have posted that castor oil does something to the cornea, a year of daily use and my cornea is perfect. A friend of mine had the same problem 3 days after me and she also has been using castor oil non-stop and also has a perfect cornea. So in my opinion, It was either disinformation, or whoever had corneal damage was probably using a really bad quality castor oil.
I have the post sub-capsular kind of cataract, due to retinal surgery and these usually get so bad after one month that they tell you you have to operate. It's been one year so far and even though I now see halos, when I didn't for several months, I can still see amazingly well from that eye.
If I had any advice to give, stay away from anything oxidizing (especially in foods) including the X-ray machines at the airports. You can ask for a hand-search. No fried-foods or cooked oils.
