Just look at nature. Look at your family, ancestors who lived to be the oldest. Look at history, people who lived to be 100

Then ask, did they take high dose of Iodine ?

No.

Then you see sick people, who make up stories and lies, and the same people suggesting to do un-natural things, like high dose iodine, and then they get some kind of life threatening thing.

Look at them as a person and ask, "should I listen to these people ?"

and then, the answer is simple !!

This forum is become, the blind leading the blind, is all.

Nobody is right 100%, the smartest ones will say "I don't know", often. Check their post history for "I don't know", and if they never admit being wrong, then, you are in the presence of genius. LOL, no genius hangs out on these boards, they are too busy.
