Hello I have an enlarged liver and spleen and may have something wrong with pancreas but not sure yet could fasting help my problems mainly loose weight will it be dangerous if I don't know what's wrong with my pancreas to waterfast also could I get non diabetes KETO acidosis and how would I check this also.
