Hello I have an enlarged liver and spleen and may have something wrong with pancreas but not sure yet could fasting help my problems mainly loose weight will it be dangerous if I don't know what's wrong with my pancreas to waterfast also could I get non diabetes KETO acidosis and how would I check this also.

Fasting heals everything. Your body knows what to do when you abstain from food. All your organs should perform to its fullest capacity if you do fasting correctly. If you are worried about DKA you should know that it is not very easy to get into DKA.
If you want to check your Ketones during a fast, you can buy Ketone strips for urine.

I don’t think you need to worry about low blood Sugar except you are diabetic. If you are diabetic then fast with help of a good fasting supervisor.
You may find blood glucose monitors on Amazon.
