As you mentioned, diagnosis of worms/flukes comes from ova inspection, if they do not see a match then you get a negative. Based on your income level, you may qualify for some assistance, so I would check around and see if any hospital or regional government office can help pay for testing. Likely, they would do a stool test at a regional facility rather than an outside testing facility. With standard stool testing, there is a good chance that you will receive a negative, Parawellness Labs is a good test, cost is > $300. If you have pictures, then you should upload them here, I would like to see them.
There were some posters that left some good information on prescription strategies (ICU and Mattk3), you might want to look at posts. If you are looking for natural means, you could consider neem, myrrh, frankincense, oil of oregano, Banyan Botanicals
parasite cleanse. Oftentimes, these are better to take in combination (herbals).
