parasites eggs or liver stones??? please help identify. coffee enema

Can anyone identify whether these are parasite egg sacs or liver stones ? I've been parasite cleansing for 6 months. I have Ascaris, flukes, possibly tapeworm. I did two coffee enemas this day and had about 40 of these in total I'd imagine. I'm really hoping they are liver stones as the eggs would greatly worry me. But they don't appear hard enough to be stones. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Photo below
