Which one should you do first, liver, kidney or colon?

Hello All,

I am thinking of undertaking a liver cleanse (oil & grapefruit drink).

I was wondering what order I should proceed in as I also want to undertake a Colon Cleanse and a kidney flush.

Which one should you do first, liver, kidney or colon?

And then fast afterwards?

Also with regards to the kidney and Colon Cleanse is there a standard recipe/procedure to follow as I can't seem to locate one the site?
