Hello All,
I am thinking of undertaking a liver cleanse (oil & grapefruit drink).
I was wondering what order I should proceed in as I also want to undertake a Colon Cleanse and a kidney flush.
Which one should you do first, liver, kidney or colon?
And then fast afterwards?
Also with regards to the kidney and Colon Cleanse is there a standard recipe/procedure to follow as I can't seem to locate one the site?

This is a reply to # 2,414,841Allthings,
I would do Kidney cleanse, rest and eat raw foods for two weeks, then colon cleanse, rest and eat raw foods for two weeks and then Liver flush. Then you can fast.
I recommend either Dr. Clark or Dr. Schulze protocols for Colon and Kidney flush. For Liver Flush I have tried only Dr. Clark protocol and has worked every single time.
