Hi there. I also have the water retention in my lower legs. I have not been able to figure out why and have not heard much about it either. This is my fourth Master-Cleanse but I have this problem when I am not fasting too though. It is not constant so I don't know if it is something I am eating or not doing right. I eat a mostly raw foods diet and drink only water. I do yoga and have been trying to walk more. It is very frustrating to me. I feel like I have elephant ankles. I do the flush every day on the Master-Cleanse but the book says "if for some reason the salt water cannot be taken in the morning, then the herb laxative tea must be taken night and morning." Well, maybe someone else will have a suggestion. Good luck to you!
