There are reports (I hope I do not upset you) that 'white rice' are the eggs from tapeworms. Remember this is an opinion and not a definitive dx.

You can do some stool analysis in which they look for the ova (eggs) and compare that to known images. Keep in mind that parasite testing can sometimes be hit or miss. If it were tapes then I would opt for prescription meds and NOT rely on herbal cures for this.
