I totally agree with everything you say and I know that it is written in the bible. In fact I can give you a book that explained what you say it is called "The Spiritual Man" but when I downloaded it here I was basically rubbished as per usual but not one person read it all. One actually said they didn't understand it which I was totally aghast because that person admitted to be into the spiritual side of God.
As far as the bible is concerned I'd be a fool if I actually disagreed with it all. I was told long ago when I started my journey into Christianity to take the best that I could from it. Maybe you might see that is cherry picking because people here said that one must agree with every word for it was the word of God. It never turned out that way to me so I soldiered on irrespective of the insults thrown at me.

If I talked about 'Satan' I was accused of being taken over by his supposed power etc etc and on it still goes.

Now you might disagree with the author and I must tell you this the only book of his that I've read and it has changed my life.
I must thank you for your reply because I thought that you made off when I have the greatest respect for you but now at last I can try to explain where I'm at and not that nasty old man that I have constantly being told, thank you so much.
